Jupiter Anderson Family Cancer Institute
Part of a $300 Million, multi-phased master plan (Northstar managing $183 Million), the Anderson Family Cancer Institute is a new 55,000 SF addition to the existing Cancer Center. In addition to serving as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project, Northstar’s services included full medical and miscellaneous equipment planning.
Building program included: radiation oncology expansion, renovation with new linear accelerator and vault, outpatient lab, retail pharmacy, café, boutique, physician office to support six providers, medical oncology infusion for 31 bays, USP 800 infusion pharmacy, academic lecture hall, tumor board room, registration area, and clinical support offices.

The addition was built over a former stormwater detention lake. An exfiltration system was installed under the existing parking lots throughout the campus to account for the existing storm water detention requirements
