Mercy Northwest Arkansas CMP Hospital Bed Tower

Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on the Mercy Northwest Arkansas CMP Hospital Bed Tower project, which was part of a $277 Million, multi-phased master plan. Program included a 260,000 SF hospital bed tower addition, 20,000 SF surgery department expansion, 13,000 SF gallery addition, and 48,000 SF renovations to existing hospital. In addition to serving as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project, Northstar’s services included medical equipment planning.
