Mary Institute and Saint Louis Country Day School (MICDS)

Northstar’s first project with MICDS began in 2010. Over the years, Northstar has acted in the role of Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on over 10 projects, establishing a strong relationship with the organization.  The STEM + C4C Building project included a 77,000 SF new building plus 9,000 SF renovations to the existing building, including state-of-the-art “clabs”, an 800-seat auditorium, green house and an outdoor teaching laboratory.  The Stadium and Natatorium project included  the construction of a new football stadium structure with bleacher seating , press box, player locker rooms, public restrooms, fan parking, synthetic turf and a new score board.
