Godfrey Fire House and Administration Center
Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project. The 15,822 s.f. facility is a combined firehouse and administration building that replaced two former fire stations. The building includes four drive through apparatus bays and one half bay, medical and other supplies space, training and administrative areas, meeting spaces, offices, living quarters, exercise facilities, a FEMA ICC/500 shelter, new radio tower, and gasoline and diesel fueling stations.

The project’s groundbreaking occurred on February 16, 2023, with substantial completion occurring on February 15, 2024. The project was completed on schedule, in 12-months, and underbudget, while post COVID construction pricing and supply chain difficulties created many challenges for the Fire District and the Northstar Management project team.
