Today, Northstar Management Company celebrates 25 years in business. Founded in 1998 by Ken Cates and Ken Kadel, Northstar Management Company is an independent Owner’s Representative/Program Management firm whose mission is to successfully guide clients through the complex process of planning, design and construction of their facility needs.
Over the years, Northstar has built a reputation for delivering excellence, and this has allowed us to grow into a nationally recognized firm, successfully completing thousands of projects worth billions of dollars in project value. Transitioning from the leadership of Ken and Ken has been ongoing over the past several years. Our current Managing Partners include Kevin Studer, President; Dan Cates, Vice President; Christopher Viviano, Officer; Perry Hirtz, Officer and Ken Cates, Chairman Emeritus. These leaders are supported by the next generation of Northstar leaders that we are confident will ensure consistency into the future.
