American Optometric Association (AOA)
Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project. The project involved the full-gut renovation of the American Optometric Association’s 45,000 SF corporate headquarters office building. Careful phasing allowed the client to remain in their space while the full renovation was completed on-site. Renovation included removing all building components down to the structural columns/beams and floor slabs, while maintaining all utilities and egress paths.
