Jupiter Surgical Institute

Northstar is serving as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on the Jupiter Surgical Institute project. The project consists of a two-story 74,000 SF addition to the existing building, containing 18 new ORs (2 hybrid ORs, 2 CVORs, 4 robotics ORs, and 10 general ORs). The addition will also house all new prep/recovery/PACU, along with a dedicated surgery registration area and waiting room. The first level will include a new sterile processing department and covered parking. Once the addition is built, a second phase of construction will convert the existing surgery department into staff lounges, lockers, offices, and other support spaces. In addition to program management services, Northstar is also providing medical equipment services on this project.
