Mercy Center for Performance Medicine & Specialty Care

Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on the Mercy Center for Performance Medicine and Specialty Care project.  The program included a 272,000 S.F. outpatient facility, including an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Imaging Center, Rehab, and Specialty Clinics, including Orthopedics, Urology, Neurosurgery, Plastic and Bariatric Physicians, as well as a Retail Pharmacy, Lab, Café, and a Five-Story, 970 space, cast in place, parking garage.  In addition to serving as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project, Northstar’s services also included Medical Equipment Planning.
