Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South

Northstar serves as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on the Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South is a new, 2-story, 62,000 sf facility located on the north side of the Mercy Hospital South campus (formerly St. Anthony’s Medical Center). The new facility boasts 50 patient beds, including a 12-room suite on the second floor dedicated to patients with brain injuries.  The brain injury suite also houses a gym, dining, and day room space dedicated to these patients. The remaining 38 rooms are designed for the recovery of patients with less traumatic injuries.

The main floor opens to a 2-story atrium-style gallery, with patient reception and waiting space, as well as a beautiful Chapel.  Adjacent to the grand lobby is a Café space with a full gourmet kitchen, offering soft drinks and healthy refreshments to visitors and staff.

Northstar is also providing medical equipment planning services on this project.
