Nazareth Living Center Multi-phased Project

Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on all phases of this multi-phased, $65 Million series of (5) projects. Program included: the renovation of the existing skilled nursing facility, the construction of a 144,000 SF independent living facility consisting of 100 one and two-bedroom units, lower level parking garages, the construction of a 35,000 SF, 48-bed assisted-living memory care facility, the construction of a 69,000 SF 60-bed assisted-living facility, and the construction of a new indoor pool facility.

STATS
The construction of the new 60-bed assisted living facility required that an existing 5-story (100,000 SF) concrete and masonry structure be abated and demolished prior to the start of the new construction.
