Jupiter Medical Center NICU Expansion
Part of a $300 Million, multi-phased master plan (Northstar managing $183 Million). The NICU expansion is a $35.6 Million, 50,000 SF, five-story patient tower addition, and vertical expansion to the existing hospital. In addition to serving as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project, Northstar’s services included full medical and miscellaneous equipment planning.
Building program included: 16-bed NICU, 7-bed concierge patient rooms, 12-bed women’s surgical patient rooms, 4 remodeled rooms to expand existing post-partum unit, new medical center main entrance and lobby, gift shop, patient experience area, and site improvements including covered drop-off at the main entrance.
