Saint Francis Healthcare East Prairie Clinic

Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on the Saint Francis Healthcare Clinic located at 402 N. Washington in East Prairie MO. Built to replace the existing clinic, the new clinic space will increase healthcare accessibility for the surrounding rural communities.  The 10,500 square foot single-story facility includes 15 patient exam rooms, a lab, and imaging services.  Built on the site of the old R.A. Doyle Elementary School, the new clinic will offer essential primary care and behavioral health services.

Founded by the Franciscan Sisters in 1875, Saint Francis Healthcare System is anchored by Saint Francis Medical Center, a 306-bed tertiary hospital in Cape Girardeau. The system employs nearly 3,000 people and includes more than 250 providers in ten communities across the region. Its major service lines include the Cancer Institute, Emergency and Level III Trauma Center, Family Birth Place and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Heart Hospital, Neurosciences, and Orthopedics.
