SSM St. Joesph's Hospital – Lake St. Louis

Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on the SSM St. Joseph Hospital in Lake Saint Louis. Program components included: a 105-bed vertical expansion, 130-car parking garage, central plant/infrastructure improvements, and extensive renovation and retrofit of the existing hospital, including Diagnostic/Testing Center, Endoscopy Unit, Laboratory, Infusion Center, Pharmacy, Registration, and Pneumatic Tube System. In addition to serving as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this project, Northstar’s services included full Medical Equipment Planning.
