SSM St. Mary’s Health Center - Jefferson City

Northstar served as Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this multi-phased project, which included a new $218 million, 370,000 SF, 178-bed, full-service replacement hospital, and 67,000 SF hospital-owned medical office building. The project involved adding a $7 Million, 6,000 SF radiation oncology facility to the existing medical oncology program. In addition to program management services, Northstar’s Medical Equipment Specialists provided partial planning and complete procurement services.
