St. Joseph’s Academy STEM & Art Renovation

Northstar’s involvement in the St. Joseph’s Academy STEM Art project began in 2016. They served as the Program Manager/Owner’s representative and lead the project programming efforts to develop a conceptual plan for the campus. Construction is scheduled to include a multi-phased duration from June 2019 through August 2020. Project scope includes the renovation of approximately 5,500 SF on the second floor and 15,000 SF on the third floor of the existing school, including upgrades to the mechanical systems.
