Watlow Advanced Technology Center

Northstar served as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative on this $32 Million project involving the creation of a world-class technology and development center, including a 30,000 SF, two-story office space with atrium lobby and work café, and the renovation and reorientation of the existing 56,000 SF manufacturing facility. The complex project was completed in eight major phases, all while the building was fully occupied and maintaining all business, and more importantly, manufacturing and distribution operations.

STATS
The facility faced north, overlooking Page Avenue, for decades. As a product of the renovation, the facility was reoriented to face east (rotating 90 degrees) allowing for a new, modern lobby.
