EXPERIENCE
Josh joined the Northstar team in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in the design and construction industry. He has sat at nearly every side of the table in this industry; as a practicing architect for 20+ years, direct Owner Project Management for 5 years, and now back in the consultant role representing the Owner.
In his role as Senior Project Manager, Josh is responsible for overall project budget and schedule tracking, construction administration, coordination of Owner direct purchases, occupancy/relocation planning, and project close-out.
