Kimberly Paulek

Project Manager

Kimberly started her career at Northstar while attending Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and has now amassed 11 years of total industry experience. In her current role as Project Manager, she is responsible for overall project budget and schedule tracking, oversight throughout the entire design process, construction administration, coordination of Owner direct purchases, occupancy, relocation planning, and project close-out. She has worked on over 40 projects lifetime, representing a cumulative value of more than $400 million.

Her recent projects include AOA Corporate Headquarters renovation and site enhancements, St. Louis, MO; SSM-LSL/DePaul equipment planning on various projects; Nazareth Living Center Memory Care, Phase 2 Independent Living, and Phase 3 Assisted Living 60-Bed Unit; Mercy - Central Region various hospital and clinic projects, including Hospitalists Relocation, Wound Care Expansion and Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, MO; and Jupiter Medical Center equipment planning and pediatric renovation with equipment planning in Jupiter, FL.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. She is a member of MOSHE and completed the Construction Leadership Institute at SIUE.
