Our Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) is a multidisciplinary, documented process used to proactively identify hazards and risks and mitigate underlying conditions of the built environment that may contribute to adverse safety events. The SRA process includes evaluation of the population at risk and the nature and scope of the project; it also takes into account the models of care, operational plans, sustainable design elements and performance improvement initiatives of the health care organization.
