The Godfrey Fire Protection District is building a new $6.5 million fire station and administrative building. The new, 15,000-square-foot facility will serve as the replacement of the District’s two existing fire stations. The new, state-of-the-art, facility will include drive-thru apparatus bays, space for medical and other supplies, as well as training and administrative areas, meeting spaces, offices and living quarters. Northstar Project Executive, Don Wojtkowski, and Assistant Project Manager, Ryker Warmouth, are providing Owner’s Representative/Project Management Services to the team, along with architect, FGM Architects, and construction manager, S. M. Wilson & Co. Construction of the facility will begin in the Fall of 2022 and will be completed by the end of 2023. To read more about this great project, click here
