Northstar develops budgetary information using a comprehensive cost database. We communicate this information through several documents, including detailed budget estimates, budget summaries, prioritized budgets and cash flow estimates. These documents take into consideration all project cost elements required to complete the scope of work, which can include design fees, construction costs, FF&E, technology information systems, owner direct costs, land, financing costs and contingency/escalation plans.
