Gaining important consensus from all parties, including end-user groups, early on in the project process optimized the final design while minimizing changes, rework time and costs during construction.

Through applications such as our owner’s project contingency log which captures all potential scope changes and their cost impact, we facilitated informed and timely decisions, helping our client make value-based choices that supported and protected the project schedule. With our proven processes in place, the project remained on budget and on schedule throughout its entire duration.
