Kristin joined the Northstar team in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience working alongside an Owner/Developer. As Director of Business Operations, she oversees and integrates the organization’s core business management functions, including accounting and financial management, invoicing, human resources, proposal development and marketing.
