EXPERIENCE
Shawn joined the Northstar team in 2007. In his role as Associate Principal/Project Director, Shawn is responsible for facilitating the capital construction project process through overall leadership of the project team throughout planning, design, construction and occupancy, ensuring all facets of the Owner’s mission and goals are successfully achieved with accountable results.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology with emphasis in construction management and structural analysis
Co-Founder/Executive Board Member of Mosaic Services, a 501c3 organization providing services for at-risk children in the Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District
